This page explains, in plain language, what ClearPath Hours collects, how the service uses it, and where clinical responsibility still remains with you.

Account + workspace dataBounded AI context only when requestedHuman release still required

Plain-language summary

Your workspace data exists to operate the product, not to blur the trust boundary.

ClearPath needs account, billing, and workspace information to keep the same-source record trail working across logging, grounded audit, optional AI review, supervision, and export. The product still keeps deterministic review and human handoff visible rather than folding everything into a black box.

Product posture

Rules-first workflow

The product presents deterministic review, bounded AI, and human release as separate layers.

Clinical responsibility

You remain the decision-maker

Records, supervision, and submission readiness still require clinician and supervisor judgment.

Launch standard

Readable, explicit, same-source

These pages mirror the same tone and product boundaries visible across the rest of the site.

Reading note

This is product-facing legal copy, not clinical advice or board guidance.

ClearPath helps organize records, surface review posture, and prepare handoff materials. Final compliance decisions and licensure submissions still belong to the clinician, supervisor, and state board.

Information We Collect

ClearPath Hours collects the account details you provide directly, such as your name, email address, selected state, license track, and workspace preferences.

When you use the product, ClearPath also stores the records you create in the workspace, including hour entries, supervision details, audit context, billing state, and export activity needed to operate the service.

How We Use It

We use your information to authenticate you, personalize the workspace to the board path you selected, run the deterministic audit, generate forms and exports, and support billing and account administration.

If you choose to run the AI second pass, ClearPath sends a bounded subset of workspace context to that service for narrative-quality review. The deterministic audit remains the primary compliance answer, and the AI response does not automatically rewrite your source records.

Sharing and Retention

ClearPath does not treat your records as public content. Information may be shared only with vendors required to operate the product, such as authentication, hosting, billing, email, analytics, and bounded AI processing providers acting on our instructions.

We retain workspace information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to meet operational, legal, security, and billing obligations. You can contact us at hello@clearpathhours.com with privacy requests related to your account.

Clinical Responsibility

ClearPath supports record-keeping, review, and preparation. It does not replace professional judgment, supervisor oversight, or state-board authority.

You remain responsible for the accuracy of your entries, the completeness of materials you share, and the final decision to submit anything outward-facing.
