ClearPath Hours
Terms of useLaunch-ready legal surface

Terms that keep the product boundary clear.

These terms explain how ClearPath Hours can be used, how subscriptions work, and where the service stops short of replacing clinician, supervisor, or board judgment.

Plain-language summary

Use the product as an organized record and review system, not as a substitute decision-maker.

ClearPath is built to keep the board path, grounded audit, optional AI pass, and final human handoff visible. These terms preserve that same posture: the service supports the work, but it does not take ownership of your professional decisions.

Product posture

Rules-first workflow

The product presents deterministic review, bounded AI, and human release as separate layers.

Clinical responsibility

You remain the decision-maker

Records, supervision, and submission readiness still require clinician and supervisor judgment.

Launch standard

Readable, explicit, same-source

These pages mirror the same tone and product boundaries visible across the rest of the site.

Reading note

This is product-facing legal copy, not clinical advice or board guidance.

ClearPath helps organize records, surface review posture, and prepare handoff materials. Final compliance decisions and licensure submissions still belong to the clinician, supervisor, and state board.

Using ClearPath Hours

You may use ClearPath Hours only for lawful purposes and only in ways that align with the intended workflow of tracking supervised clinical hours, reviewing records, collaborating with supervisors, and preparing related materials.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you enter and for protecting access to your account credentials.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans unlock additional features such as broader state coverage, supervisor collaboration, bounded AI review, and board-facing exports. Billing terms, renewals, trials, and payment handling depend on the subscription settings shown inside the product at the time of purchase.

If you cancel a paid subscription, access to paid features continues through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in the product or required by law.

Product Boundaries

ClearPath helps organize information and surface review posture, but it does not provide legal advice, board approval, or a guarantee that any licensure submission will be accepted.

Deterministic review, optional AI output, supervision workflows, and exports are decision-support tools. Final judgment remains with the clinician, supervisor, and applicable state board.

Availability and Changes

We may improve, update, or remove parts of the service over time, including product features, pricing, and supported workflows. We may also suspend access when needed for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
